If the serial number is not entered correctly in the software the OK button will not be available, or an error message will display. Contact sales via CHAT to clear up the hold.
An incomplete or failed purchase will result in a HOLD on the delivery of the serial number. Serial numbers are provided during the purchase process and reside in your My Account.
